We had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation conditions were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very good and varied. We really appreciated the underground parking. The sauna area is nice, clean and intimate. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is ideal for visiting the city, being close to the main attractions. We warmly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

We were able to check-in early, the staff member was very polite & explained everything well. Breakfast was great. The hotel made us a breakfast snack box on a day we had a very early trip start (upon request). Nothing was too much trouble. The room was a great size, quiet, clean, it had a really comfy bed and a nice bathroom.

The room was good sized, and the bed was comfortable. They offer different pillow comforts, in case you want to swap. Spacious and little tea/coffee area in the room. Proximity to old town and to transport system. Also, 15mins walk to the stop for airport bus.

We had a family room. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was superb and there was a wide selection and all incredibly fresh. In a great location with plenty of cafes, bars and eating places nearby. We really enjoyed the street food which was very close to the hotel. There was pilates in the hotel garden on Saturday which we all enjoyed. Fudge at reception was a nice touch too. Can't say enough about this hotel...it ticked all the boxes! Thank you!

The location of the Grand Ascot Hotel was perfect. Just a 10 minute walk from the main square and a 20 minute walk from the main train station. Very convenient if you want to go to Auschwitz or the Salt Mine by train. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice even for vegetarians. Two coffee machines in the breakfast room so no queues. The coffee was also great. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Amazing hotel , decorated and furnished to highest modern standards. Gym and Spa great facilities . Restaurant and bar with fantastic menu . Great continental breakfast. Spacious and light superior double room and big bathroom . Super comfortable large bed and high mattress, crispy white 100% cotton bedding and soft cotton bath towels . Coffee , tea , flask and refill for water are great editions. Super clean and well maintained . Professional and friendly staff , perfect in English and very helpful. Perfect location 10 min walk to old town and most Landmarks. Easy access to bus 300 for the airport. We definitely recommend it !

The location of the Grand Ascot Hotel was perfect for us - just a 10 minute walk to the main square. It’s stylish, clean and modern,quiet and the staff very helpful. We had booked the apartment which was 2 large, adjoining rooms - one had a large shower room and the other had another bathroom with a shower over the bath - both had underfloor heating, nice towels, towelling dressing goens and slippers as well as good quality complimentary shower products. The rooms had tea/ coffee making facilities including a Nespresso machine. The staff helped to arrange taxis for us and were friendly.

Location good, quiet and laidback feel. Friendly helpful staff. Liked the eco credentials such as the water station, and a reusable water bottle in the room. Bar area and bar staff very attentive.

The rooms were big, clean and felt luxurious. The bathroom was very modern. The staff were incredibly helpful with booking us taxis and made us feel welcome during our stay. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Krakow. It was about a five minute walk to the square and there were many lovely restaurants two minutes away including mamma mia Italian. The hotel felt very safe and there was a water dispenser on every floor.

Greeted with a warm welcome by front desk team on arrival. Stylish modern hotel in excellent location in old town. We had a superb family room which encompassed a connected room perfectly suited to our two teenagers. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Located a 5 minute walk to the main square with an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops on the way. Will stay again on return to Krakow.
